Launch of New Project Showcase Website

Townsville, QLD – 8 September, 2025

CES Civil & Construction, a cornerstone of development in Far North Queensland, is celebrating two decades of growth, innovation, and impact. From its roots in Townsville to becoming a regional leader in civil and construction services, CES has built a legacy of delivering high-quality and safety focused projects across Queensland.

A Legacy Built on Regional Strength

Established in the mid-2000s, CES Civil & Construction began with a mission to support the development of Northern Queensland through reliable, sustainable civil works. Over the years, the company has expanded its capabilities across roadworks, earthworks, drainage, subdivisions, infrastructure and construction projects — earning a reputation for safety and integrity.

With a strong focus on regional development, CES has played a key role in shaping the built environment of Townsville and surrounding communities, contributing to both public and private sector projects that enhance connectivity, resilience, and liveability.

Project Highlight: Telstra Warehouse & Office Building

One of CES’s most significant recent achievements is the Telstra Warehouse and Office Building at 524 Flinders Street, Townsville, delivered in partnership with Honeycombs Property Group.

CES was engaged to manage and construct this $20 million, state-of-the-art facility, which includes:

  • A three-storey, 2,486m² office building with premium fit-out, extensive glazing, and a rooftop breakout area.
  • A 750m² warehouse designed for operational efficiency and storage.
  • External infrastructure including concrete paving, parking facilities, footpaths, and landscaping to enhance functionality and aesthetics.

The project was completed in October 2024, with CES overseeing a fast-tracked construction timeline. The development integrates operational and client service environments, reflecting CES’s ability to deliver complex, multi-use facilities in urban settings.

Celebrating 20 Years with a Digital Milestone

To commemorate its 20-year journey, CES Civil & Construction has launched a new website that showcases the depth and diversity of its project portfolio. The site offers a user-friendly experience, featuring:

  • Project galleries
  • Case studies
  • Insights into construction methodologies

Community stories

The website reflects CES’s commitment to transparency, innovation, and regional pride—providing stakeholders, clients, and community members with a clear view of the company’s capabilities and achievements.

Looking Ahead

As CES Civil & Construction enters its third decade, the focus remains on sustainable growth, project advancement, and community engagement. With a skilled local workforce and a forward-thinking leadership team, CES is poised to continue driving excellence across Far North Queensland.
