I worked with CES Constructions on a Design and Construct project at the TAFE Pimlico Campus. The project involved Civil works, refurbishment work and a new building.

During the Design stage, I found CES very capable and excellent to work with as they completed the design and gained all required approvals with a good focus on client requirements.

This was an extremely difficult project to deliver during Townsville wettest year on record, with many latent conditions the CES team worked with QBuild and TAFE to resolve unidentified issue and maintain program. Added to this, a large number of client driven variations were processed and delivered as well as any contractor possible could.

To finish with minimum defects and a good handover provide a great way to finish the project and is a testament to the whole CES team.

Both QBuild and TAFE were very impressed with CES overall professionalism and delivery of the project.
